Panel 1: We
have returned to the present of Universe B, where both Rose and Iz have
white hair, and Iz is in a coma. Rose is visiting Iz in the hospital.
He isn't wearing a mask at the moment, and we can see the deep shadows
under his eyes and how angular his face has become.
Rose: Hi, Iz.
Panel 2: She sits down beside him and brushes the hair out of his face.
Rose: Your mom is right: you've got so thin.
Panel 3: Rose lays a hand on Iz's chest while stroking his hair with her other hand. She closes her eyes.
Rose: I wish I understood what was happening to you. I wish you could tell me.
Panel 4: She takes his hand.
Rose: If wishes were horses, I would have so many horses.
Rose: I could open a ranch.
