Rose
is sitting on a couch with her oldest stepsister, whose name has been
strongly hinted to be Jennifer...so let's just call her that. Jennifer
has been writing on a little notepad; Rose is interrupting her.
Rose: So there's this boy--
Panel 2: One of the steptwins--the short-haired one--pops up from behind the couch.
Short-Haired Steptwin: A boy? Is he cute? Do you like him? Are you gonna fall in love and marry him and be happy forever?
Panel 3: The
short-haired steptwin bounces ecstatically on the balls of her feet as
Jennifer and the long-haired steptwin, who has just appeared, stare at
her in astonishment. Rose has adopted a long-suffering expression.
Panel 4:
Rose: --who won't walk down this street--
Short-Haired Steptwin: Is it a romantic street?
