in Universe A, Iz A is asleep in his bed. We can't see much of him, but
we can tell he's continued to let his hair grow. Iz B is hanging
around, as per usual.
Iz B: Rose was in my room earlier. She's been visiting me more frequently.
Panel 2:
Iz B: It doesn't matter, does it? I'm stuck forever inside the worst version of myself. There's no way out.
Panel 3:
Voice From Off Panel: Actually, there may be.
Panel 4: The man whose name is not Casey, a.k.a. Casey, stands beside Iz A's bed. Iz A is still asleep.
Iz B: If you wake me up, this is going to get very confusing.
Casey: I'll speak in low, soothing tones.

We have reached Peak Weird: the semi-amnesiac devil converses with the
disembodied spirit of a man from another world while his oblivious
alternate self sleeps in the apartment bought for him by a future
multi-millionaire supervillain version of him, all because the devil
has made an ambiguous deal with the disembodied man's best friend, the
version of whom from THIS universe now hates the man because his future
self has stolen her blood. I think I got all that right.
