| I've finally started updating the character page, and I'll try to continue at the rate of one new entry every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until I'm done. We've done Mr. Jones, Fathima, and Kai; now we move on to Basil, Rose's boss, whom some of you remember from West of Bathurst. He never actually got his own character entry in WoB, so I'm trying to making up for that now. I've included the entry below, but it's also available on the "Characters" page. |

| Panel 1: In
Universe A, back in December of 2022, the man whose name is not Casey
("Casey" for short) has turned up in Iz A's bedroom in the middle of
the night. Iz B, the disembodied voice of the comatose Iz from
Universe B, has just realised that Casey can hear him, though no one
else can. Throughout the following conversation, Casey appears to be
talking directly to Iz A, who is deeply puzzled. Iz B: Please help me. I'm stuck too. I know there's another universe-- Casey: I can't help you. I can't even help me. Panel 2: Casey: You also wouldn't want me to help you. We'd have to make a deal, and you'd really hate that. Iz B: I will make any deal with anyone if it'll get me back into my body. Panel 3: Casey [ponders]: Body. Huh...there's a thought. Maybe if I...I'm going to have to think about this, but...thanks, Iz. Panel 4: Casey turns to leave. Iz A: ......You're welcome?
