Panel 1:
In Universe A, back in December of 2022, Jack and Rose stand in
Iz A's apartment, which has random articles of clothing and kitchen
implements flung randomly about it. They are gazing down at Iz A, who
is curled up on his couch, staring at nothing.
Rose: Oh my God.
Jack: Yeah.
Panel 2: Rose kneels beside Iz A and places her hand on his.
Rose: Iz, what's wrong? We can't help if you don't tell us.
Iz A: I can't.
Panel 3: Iz A begins to cry.
Iz A [thinks]: If I do, you won't want to help me. You won't want to see me ever again.
Panel 4:
Iz A: Did I say that out loud?
Rose: ...No?
Iz A: Oh, good.
