It's really nothing. It's just...I was giving Iz a haircut the other
day, and a wash. The hospital...they try, but they're so overworked.
Panel 2:
Fathima: And I looked at him, and I just...I barely recognised him. He looked like this skinny old man.
Panel 3: Fathima begins to cry.
Fathima: He's not going to wake up. He's going to die slowly, for no reason, and I can't do anything to stop it.
Panel 4:
Rose: Yeah, that's not "nothing."
Kai: It's kind of the opposite of "nothing," to be honest.
