Panel 1: Rose sits alone behind a bush in the park. Her past self has gone back to the past to become her even further past self's future self.
Rose: Look at that: I told myself to go back to the past to warn myself about Kristi, and I did.
Panel 2:
Rose: Do I have any free will at all? Am I a puppet of my future self? Will I ever be surprised by anything again?
Panel 3: Kristi walks right up to Rose.
Kristi: Hi.
Panel 4:
Rose: Okay, that was somewhat surprising.
Kristi: Would you like me to go away so you can continue to monologue?
