Iz: I dunno...I mean, what would you even say to Kristi? "Hey...your brother's living in the 1970s now"?
Rose: But he isn't, is he?
Panel 2:
Iz: What?
Rose: He's living now. He's just forty-seven years older than he should be.
Panel 3:
Rose: I need to talk to him. But Maggie said he'd find me. But why hasn't he? Why is he staying away?
Panel 4:
Rose: And why did he leave me a note with a little TARDIS on it?
Iz: Don't ask me. You lost me at "He's living now."
