Wacom update: diddly squat. Wacom is ignoring me. My pen tablet is still a brick.

Unfortunately, due to my technology woes, as well as the fact that I have some other work to get through this summer, I won't be doing daily comics in July and August. I would have considered it if I hadn't been stuck editing with the mouse until late July, but it now takes me something like an hour just to do an initial digital edit on a comic, and that's before I add the lettering, fix the speech bubbles, and colour the comic. I can keep up with my normal schedule, but an accelerated schedule would basically eat every bit of free time I had. I do enjoy doing the comic every day. It just isn't practical right now.

Panel 1: In the park, Iz approaches Rose. Rose swings her white cane up like a sword. She is also using a garbage-can lid for a shield.

Iz: H--

Rose: Halt, Ares! Now you will feel the wrath of Diana of Themyscira!

Panel 2: Iz stares at Rose, whose cane goes "stabby stabby stabby" on his chest.

Panel 3: Iz narrows his eyes. Rose taps him on the head with the cane.

Panel 4: Rose lowers the cane.

Iz: I take it you finally saw Wonder Woman.

Rose: Five times, all during the same showing. Time travel is fun.
