and Kristi stand in the lane behind Rose's house. They gaze at the
house, which towers above the wooden fence that encloses the backyard.
Kristi: You want to see something weird?
Rose: I'm always up for that.
Panel 2: Kristi points up towards the top storey of the house.
Kristi: Okay, so...it's 3:47 p.m. Watch Jennifer's window.
Rose: You'll have to tell me what I'm looking at.
Panel 3:
Kristi: Oh, right...sorry. Just...there it is. Every day, at 3:48 and thirteen seconds, Jennifer's window flashes blue.
Panel 4:
Rose: Jinkies.
Kristi: That sounded more exciting in my head.
