Panel 1: While
walking along the school hallway, Rose passes Jacqueline, the girl who
bullied her and sent her running off the cliff earlier in the fall.
Rose: My lady.
Panel 2: Jacqueline, eyes narrowed, watches Rose pass.
Panel 3: Jacqueline sidles away from Rose as Iz looks on. Rose simply continues to walk calmly down the hall.
Panel 4: Iz joins Rose.
Iz: What just happened?
Rose:
She weighed the possibility of punching me in the ribs against the
certainty that I would brain her with my cane. Surprisingly, common
sense prevailed.
