Iz, who waves frantically, even though she is only a few feet away from
him.
Iz: Rose!
Panel 2: Iz points at her cane.
Iz: You're not using the cane! I mean, you're using that cane, but not the other cane!
Panel 3: As Iz babbles, Rose narrows her eyes.
Iz: Did you get shorter? Did I get taller? Should we take off our masks? Can we do that now?

Rose: You've been alone with your parents for too long.
Iz [points off panel]: I'm a birder now. Look...a Ruby-crowned Kinglet!
